Return to Learn: Hybrid/Blended
As we plan to move into our hybrid/blended learning instructional design we would like to get an accurate picture of our ʻohana choosing to have their keiki return to campus following this design and all protocols to ensure the health and safety of haumāna, limahana, ʻohana and community. Please take some time to fill out this survey to give us the most current and accurate data to plan accordingly.

Keep in mind the schedule that was shared in the video. The half-day on-site/F2F learning and half-day virtual is to ensure a cohesive school-wide schedule as well as to maintain a daily touch with all keiki regardless of their Hui A/B or online learning design choice to continue the rigor and strength of our program.

Mahalo nui for taking the time to fill out this form.
